Before Ralf Stauf went into business for himself with FERNSEKRAFT, he developed and/or produced magazine, factual, game, and show programs for production companies. Especially at Endemol Germany, as Head of Development and member of the sales team for Germany and Austria, he gained valuable experience and deepened his collaboration with colleagues around the world.

His activities included the adaptation of international format hits, in-house developments, and international collaboration with John de Mol and his development teams. Many of the formats Ralf Stauf developed became long-running successes. Some can still be seen on air or in media libraries today and have also been sold abroad as licensed productions.

With FERNSEKRAFT, "Das Beste im Westen" (The Best in the West), and "Hunde verstehen!" (Understanding Dogs!), he successfully continues to develop and produce his own television formats. Ralf Stauf also developed new formats for other production companies or further developed existing ones.
